Order & Delivery

 

How long does the delivery take?

All our orders are shipped with standard postal services from our warehouse in Stockholm. Delivery times are dependant of the destination country. See examples below. 

Sweden: 1-3 days
Europe: 4-6 days

Note that we are currently not shipping outside of Europe.

 


 

Can I track my shipment?

No, we are not offering traceable deliveries at the moment.

 


 

What can I do if I have not recieved my order in time?

If more than 3 days have passed from your expected delivery date, please contact us at info@unisocks.com and we will help you right away.

 


 

What should I do if I have recieved the wrong goods or size in my order?

Please email us at info@unisocks.com and we will help you get the right products.

 


 

How much is the freight cost for my order?

We offer free shipping within Europe on all orders over 40€. For orders under 40€ a flat shipping rate of 3€ will be applied.

 


 

What is your delivery policy?

All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. For countries outside of the EU the orders are shipped with DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) meaning you may be liable to pay tax upon receiving your package.

 


 

How do I collect my order?

It depends on what shipping method is used, but the packages are either delivered to your door or to a service point available for pick up.

 


 

Can I change my order delivery address?

Unfortunately it is difficult to change your order or the shipping address once it has been placed. We aim to ship all our orders as soon as possible. Our warehouse is processing them shortly after receiving them.

 


 

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

If you want to cancel your order you need to contact us as soon as possible on info@unisocks.com and depending on the status of the order we might be able to cancel it for you. If not, we have a return policy of 30 days (from receipt).

 


 

Returns and exchange

 

What is Unisocks return policy?

We offer you a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you for some reason are not fully satisfied you can simply return the items back to us within 30 days (from receipt) and get a full refund. Note that the items should be in their original condition with the label still attached to the sock. Unfortunately we cannot refund used items/products without its original label attached. For returns simply mail us your order number and what items you want to return at returns@unisocks.com and we will email you a return label that you simply can print and attach to the package. Refunds will be deposited to your bank account within 14 days

 


 

Will I receive acknowledgement or receipt for any returns?

Yes, we will send you a confirmation email as soon as we have received your return.

 


 

Products and sizes

 

Where is Unisocks produced?

Our socks are produced in Portugal. All the yarns that we are using in our products are from Italy.

 


What size is best for me?

 


 

How should I wash and care for my Unisocks?

Your unisocks should be washed in 40 degrees Celsius. Our recommendation is that you do not dry tumble your socks, but let them hang dry instead. This will make the sock keep its shape and colors better. If you absolutely want to dry tumble your socks the magnets will endure even that. If you do dry tumble note that the socks, in the same way as any other clothing, is better off if they have little moist left in the fabric.

I am experiencing technical difficulties on the website. What do I do?

We always aim for the shopping experience on our website to be the very best, but if you were to experience any technical issues please try these tricks:

    1. Change browser
    2. Clear your search history
    3. Relaunch the website

If none of this works, please contact us at info@unisocks.com and specify what the issue is and  we will help you with your order.

 


 

I have a coupon. How do I use it?

If you have a coupon, you can use it by ticking the box “I have a promo code” at checkout. Enter the code you have received and click Apply.  In the unlikely event that the code should not work, this could be that it has been spelled wrong, or that the code has expired. If this problem should occur, please drop us an email at info@unisocks.com and we will do our best to help you.

 


 

Do you have all items at your webpage in stock?

All products of our current collection are displayed on the website. If an item is out of stock this will be stated on the products page.

In case of an unlikely discrepancy between the website and the actual stock in our warehouse due to a miscount you will be notified via email and recieve a refund for the missing item.

 


 

Which payments are available in the Unisocks online store?

We offer Klarna as our payment solution, where you can choose a range of different payment methods, for example invoice is one of them.
